We’re the backbone of a massive and growing coalition that includes local community members, advocates, and over 80 government and organizational partners. Together, we’re making it easier to live, work, learn, and stay here.

The model
Here’s how we make progress together
Since we got started back in 2018, our model for regional change has helped us reach goals that used to seem impossible—like kickstarting 10,000 new affordable homes in ten years.
Everyone in the coalition follows the same plan
Every two years our coalition creates an Action Plan that lays out what we’re working towards, how we’ll get there, and how we’ll know if it’s working. This is our roadmap.
We take collaboration seriously
Our work is rooted in collective action. The more people we have pushing in the same direction—from schoolteachers to national nonprofits—the farther we go.
We make sure we’re moving the needle
We track our progress year-round to make sure we’re hitting the goals laid out in our Action Plan. That way we stay accountable to ourselves and our communities.
